My board carrier started when I was young and lead the youth horseback riding club board. Throughout the years, I have been a board member, and chairman for different companies and organisations. I started to coach, advise and mentor  at an early age and have done it in a professional context for over 10 years. 

After many years as a leader in an international context I'm used to wearing many hats and perspectives. My expertise is within leadership, entrepreneurship, change, business, growth, culture, creativity and innovation.
